It is easy when you have been graced with the human vision for such a venture, and have been locked inside this padded cell for some time, that you don’t have quite the same engagement, when conceiving from the outside.
I mean, you get it. After all, church is not a new concept for most, even as you don’t quite get all the specifics. This is perfectly natural when you don’t have all the information.
Where do I start?
Now that we have officially informed about our Launch Sunday, and as we get ever closer to this date, we will begin to download more on our practical happenings from day dot at RELOVUTIONARY. Of course, we know things will morph and develop, as time matures, but this is about why you should join us in earnest.
You can describe this series as the, what to expect when you’re expecting – the Church Planting Edition!
This initial piece is more about introducing the vibe, so I will keep it helpfully short. But, if you have been interacting with RELOVUTIONARY’s material, you should perceive a definitive intentional plan of action, and there is already plenty to read online.
I have enlisted Associate Pastor Dan to write a collection on one of our preaching series angles, and maybe we can even encourage a couple of others to share their part in this process.
And while we’re at it, please mark down our Launch Sunday into your diary.
Even if your visit only proves to be a one-hit-wonder, we would love to experience this special occasion with your person, and you can say, “we were there,” when we’re all old and passed it. This will also provide you with a personal inside buzz about our direction and flavour, as we seek to build His Church; make disciples; essentially do life together; as we better equip His followers in being sent into this world as Ambassadors of the One True God!
It is early Saturday AM as I write, and the latest gust of Palmerston North breeze has sounded out, and this has nothing to do with my hot-air. There is a weekend to live.
